Back Button on Tablets

I search for a recipe with a certain ingredient. I get a nice list of recipes. I select a recipe to read it. Now I want to go back to the previous list of recipes but there is no back button that I can find. So I have to start the search over. Can you tell me how to go back one page or can you add a ‘Back’ button ?
