After importing recipes from multiple sources, cookbooks often end up messy and inconsistent.

A bulk find-and-replace tool would make it easy to standardize fields:

• Replace units: ‘tbs’ → ‘tablespoon’, ‘tsp’ → ‘teaspoon’

• Remove filler adverbs in steps: ‘then’, ‘always’, etc.

• Strip numbering in steps: ‘1)…’, ‘2)…’, etc.”
