it would really good to have the exported pdf set out a bit better. My cover page is rather bland.

It has a picture of a menu item and I have no control over what that menu item is. If the user could be given the option to select a stock photo for the background and maybe another for where the current picture is, this would be good. As an example, I would like to have a background like this and then have a picture of a menu item on top, along with the other text you already have there. Instead of the background covering the whole page, it should bewithin the bounds of a boarder with a thickish line and rounded corners. If the transparency could be controlled that would really set it off.

Also, the next page should have a table of contents. This table could be generated based on the users presence to have it displayed in alphabetical order as a list or, in meal type order (breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Sweets Dessert etc) and again in alphabetical order. Each item is clickable to go to that page.
