Recipe Keeper Import Error

I spend a lot of time planning my meals and shopping so I'm trying to make things as efficient as possible. I'm using Paprika Recipe Manager and I've to say that the experience is really underwhelming to the point that I was thinking making a new App myself until I found Mr. Cook.

Since then I'm facing only trouble.

1. I had to try multiple email to be able to login because login with Gmail didn't work and I never got the code when using my gmail address. I finally managed using the Mobile App with an icloud address. I've been using the App since 10 minutes and my email is already full of codes, is there another way to login than to request a code each time?

2. I tried to import all me recipes from Paprika, but the only format Mr. Cook can import is from the Recipe Keeper App. So I decided to use the Recipe Keeper app (35€) to import my recipes from Paprika and then export them again to Mr. Cook. Now when I imported the file I got an error asking me to try again later. I did it and found out that I've many copies of each recipes now. I tried to delete them all in bulk but it won't work. Of course I can delete them one by one but I've other things to do than deleting hundreds of recipes one by one.

So far I've paid 44€ and everything is a mess! Is there any hope that things will fix themselves or should I simply give up and ask for a refund?
